extract explicit mesh with topology information from implicit surfaces with boolean operations, and do surface/volume integrating on them.

Zhicheng Wang 105f7e6012 fixed a few of bugs with solver; now it can work on a variety of cases. Known bug: due to current design of primitive, some primitives with sharp rounding may not be detected, so that their integrand may not be correct, as well as their output mesh.		2 months ago
